Waste-free rolls
Athena Abrasives produces flap wheels suitable for working on any type of surface, whether flat, concave, or convex, in any material. Athena Abrasives' non-woven abrasive flap wheels have found many practical and economical applications in surface finishing. The radial arrangement of their non-woven flaps, made of aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, or other types of abrasive, allows them to perfectly adapt to the contours of the entire workpiece.
Waste-free rolls (WFR)
Suitable for manual operations such as removing oxidation, paint and general cleaning operations on stainless steel, normal or special steels, aluminum, titanium, non-ferrous materials and their alloys, fiberglass, plastic or fiberglass, they are resistant to clogging and easy to clean dry or with water.
Anti-waste rolls are generally produced in lengths of 10, 20, or 40 meters and widths of 100, 115, 120, or 150 millimeters. Available in grits A/Very Fine, A/Fine, A/Medium, and A/Coarse, and in grits S/Ultra Fine, S/Very Fine, S/Fine, S/Medium, Green, and White.
